Okay, last second, I ended up liking this creature's design so much I want to make him an OC
 For now, he's known as Glitch 000 *failfailfailfailfail*, till I find a better name...this is a tribute to the most famous of retro glitches, Missingno, of Pokemon. I used cell shading and pixelation filters to a) make it look like a Pokemon-esque sort of thing, and b) to make it look "glitched" I had a lot of fun drawing this :1 And btw I can't stand to cell shade too often. Occasionally is fine, but....guh >n< Comments

Critiques
He as that pixely look to him while looking all broken up and disformed. If this would've been an actual pokemon, I'm sure he would put up a good fight.
Visuals: Like I said, this gives a nice pixely look to while giving a nice sort of "real" look to him
Originality: The dark looking claws are a nice feature, but this 000 could use a bit more of a pokemon look to him
Technique: Nices use of shading and position, one thing I would recomend though, his hind legs are a bit hard to see, the same goes for his uh.. spine? I think.... if you could make those two brighter or stand out a bit more, then that could work
Impact: The "Oh shit he's coming out of a portal" look I think is a nice feature, one thing you could do is give the portal a bit more oomph to it, or wait is it a portal? I dunno...
Overall this a really good pic, just give him a few tweaks here and there and he'll look even more awesome :3
